Study regarding the "Universul" Palace facade of Ion Brezoianu Street and its extending. The study provides the rebuilding of Palace`s figure, according to the initial project of architect Paul Smarandescu ( arround 1940) and the incorporation in the new construction of the old "Universul" newspaper headquarters facade (around 1920).
