The 580 sq m apartment is located at the last floor of a block of flats designed by SYAA. The client's wish was to have a space that characterized him, as well as his working field: distinct finishing, a relaxing and spacious environment. The apartment encloses a greenhouse with tropical plants which gives quality to the surrounding areas. Each room has its own mood, sober yet relaxing - the office and the cats room, the master bedroom, the guests room, the kitchen and the living. The interior is complemented by a terrace facing towards the old town, by which one can also access the big terrace on the roof, set up for the summer evenings.
