The villa is located in one of the greenest residential complexes in the city, a development that relies on very low power consumption, quality architecture and exceptional finishing.
The design took into account all the demands and constraints of a passive-house, so the interior ambiance to be in harmony with the architecture of the house and the concept of nature which dominates the assembly.
We searched for a cozy, open, optimistic, relaxed ambiance to match the family style and their expectations.
The materials used as finishes are natural. We used mainly stone, hardwood and ceramic pattern tiles in the children bath. The colors are faded, the furniture is chosen to not stand out too much, all predisposing to relaxing moments after a stressful job during the day.
On the ground floor are the living spaces – living, dining and kitchen – that open to the courtyard and terrace. Also, downstairs are located the guest bedroom, garage and technical areas. One can access the upstairs via a staircase with steps embedded in the walls to which we adeed a railing of metallic elements. Upstairs are the bedrooms of the two boys, an office and the master suite. In the basement is located a small winery where the owner can follow its passion, being organized as a place where they can retire with friends at a wine tasting or dinner.
